The more projects and agents working at once, the more context gets lost between sessions, tools and people. This is what repeats in almost every team already coding with AI:
Every new conversation with the agent starts without knowing what was already tried, what was discarded, or why a specific decision was made. That knowledge is lost when the session ends.
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor... each with its own session, with no visibility into what the other did minutes before. The result: duplicated work or, worse, contradictory work.
Knowing which projects are active, which haven't moved in days, and who requested them requires asking, not checking. The information exists, but it's scattered across chats and memories.
